Well, every online forum I know has this in it. Thought I would make one for Michigan Pagans. So hey, introduce yourself.

Merry Meet!
I'm Amber(as you may have guessed from my name), I've lived in Michigan for a few years now and am interested in getting involved in the magickal community.  I have studied various traditions of witchcraft/Paganism for about 13 yrs, but have always been solitary (not really by choice).  As a witch growing up in a Catholic household I didn't have access to other witches, etc. so now I am interested in meeting new people and learning new things!

Greetings Everyone! I am looking forward to meeting up with some like minded pagans who love to have fun creating! I have been working for several years now with the local community in Transitions Meetings working for sustainable communities. I work with several farms in creating this but am looking for a place of my own for additional pasture for the many animals that are committed to our care. Looking forward to meeting those who follow the Goddess and hear her voice. One project of mine is Urban indoor and outdoor aquaponic gardens. Check it out on my website   https://sites.google.com/site/heartsongsmusings/

Hello!  I am a 27 year old female who is extremely shy and am trying to broaden my horizons.  I have been fascinated with magick and the like.  I live in Westland but I will try and make any meets I can.  I moved here a couple of years ago, so the only people I hang with are friends of my fiancees lol.  I was just curious to know if I should be bringing anything to meets, or what should I be doing? :)

Howdy. Born and raised in SE Michigan. I've been in the community for over 25 years and I'm a member of Shining Lakes Grove, A.D.F. out in Ann Arbor. My interests tend to lie towards social events and drum circles.

Hi! I have been in the SE Mich Pagan community for awhile. Wondering if anyone here is going to Convocation. That is a great way to meet people face to face and find out what is going on.

Hi I'm Brett. Lived in South Eastern Michigan all my life. Trying to do break out of my shell and get out into the community more. Had a blast at convocation. Can't wait to go next year.

Sounds like most of you know about Convocation. What else do you like to do? Amazing weather lately - it gets me to thinking that we will be able to do campfires soon.

Just hoping to find other Pagans in MI to talk with about the various Gods and Goddesses...some hard to do in a mostly Christian\Jewish\Muslim state. I'm in Lake Orion, next to Auburn Hills. I'm about six blocks from the Palace. Thought maybe if I posted in here, I'd finally get a response from someone other than the Administrator LOL!

Merry meet, everyone. =) I'm Laura, have lived in SE Michigan all my life, and although I've always been interested in magic and the elements and such, being raised in a Lutheran household with overbearing parents has never left me much room for wiggle. Now that I'm older, and getting ready to move out in addition to feeling like I'm finally coming into my own as a person, I picked up a book on Wicca (Wicca for Beginners by Thea Sabin) from the local B&N, and felt an instant connection. In fact, I just did my first ritual tonight, in honor of Beltane.

Although my boyfriend knows all about Wicca and is helping me get into the craft, I figure it's good to get other people's opinions and ideas, and to hear your stories as well.
